Alongside Dr. Spencer LaVoy, we also have three massage therapists, insurance billing, and X-Ray facilities all on-site, Healthline is able to make your experience an enjoyable one. Dr. Susan Blaskay-DeYonker
Dr. Susan Blaskay-DeYonker, founder and director of Healthline Chiropractic Clinic, is a board certified chiropractor who has proudly served Livonia and the surrounding cities for over 21 years. Dr. Blaskay graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 1988 earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Blaskay completed her pre-medical studies at the University of Michigan in 1984 before enrolling into Life University. Dr. Blaskay met her husband, Bill DeYonker, in 1989. Meeting Bill, who grew up in Livonia and graduated from Franklin High School, ultimately led to the opening of Healthline in the city where they met. Bill and Dr. Susan married in 1991 and have been blessed with two children, William and Amanda.
Dr. Spencer T. LaVoy D.C.
Dr. Spencer T. LaVoy is a nationally board certified family oriented Chiropractor. Dr. LaVoy treats people of all ages and in doing so strives to help his patients improve their overall health and vitality. Dr. LaVoy grew up in Monroe County, and graduated high school from Monroe Saint Mary Catholic Central. In 2003, Dr. LaVoy enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Medic. During his enlistment with the U.S. Army, Dr. LaVoy was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan where he became a highly decorated veteran. Upon completion of his enlistment with the Army, Dr. LaVoy enrolled at the Prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. While at Palmer, Dr. LaVoy was part of the College Lacrosse team for three consecutive seasons. During his clinical semesters, Dr. LaVoy was chosen to attend a clinic abroad mission trip to Fiji to help the locals with free Chiropractic care. Dr. LaVoy uses a broad range of techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator, Cox-Flexion Distraction, and soft tissue trigger point therapy. Dr. LaVoy has been married for 5 years, and has an 19 month old daughter named Aubrey.
